Return & Exchange Policy

At DG Mart, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the next steps and shipping details.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted.

  • The return/exchange parcel should be sent to:
    DG Mart, No.337-1, Thilagar Nagar West, Anupparpalayam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu – 641652


Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at dgmartretail@gmail.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Refund Policy

We primarily offer exchanges.
However, in rare cases (such as damaged or unavailable replacement items), we may issue a refund.
Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at dgmartretail@gmail.com.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear or personal care items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
