Shipping & Delivery Policy (DG Mart)

At DG Mart, we strive to deliver your order in excellent condition and at the earliest possible time.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.
For prepaid orders below ₹999, a shipping charge of ₹99 (excluding GST) applies.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD handling fee of ₹99 applies per order.

Note: GST is applicable as per law on shipping and COD fees where relevant.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time varies based on your location, usually between 3–7 business days after dispatch.
You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Cancellations, Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, we will refund the full amount, including any prepaid shipping charges.
For COD orders, the ₹99 COD fee will be refunded only if the order is cancelled before dispatch or not delivered.
Once delivered, the COD fee is non-refundable.

Tampered or Wrong Delivery

DG Mart uses reliable third-party courier partners for shipping. However, as they operate independently, we follow the below guidelines for any tampered or wrong deliveries:

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered, please refuse to accept the delivery.
Once received, please record a video while opening the parcel as proof in case of any missing or wrong products.
If you receive a delivery message but haven’t received your order, please contact us within 48 hours at dgmartretail@gmail.com.
DG Mart will share Proof of Delivery (POD) upon request. If the issue persists even after POD verification, we will help you raise the concern with the courier company.
A replacement or refund will only be processed if the courier confirms the parcel was lost or not delivered.

International Shipping

DG Mart currently ships internationally.

For international orders, there is no cancellation, return, or exchange available.
Shipping charges depend on your country and order weight.
Please email us at dgmartretail@gmail.com with your cart details and full address to get an estimated shipping cost.
Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
